There is nothing overly exciting to report. Thought I'd just share some photos of our nice day at Galloping Grace. 
Deanell and Brooke really gave Buck some extra TLC. You can see them here putting essential oil products all over his aching legs. My mom has heard wonderful things about these products working on animals, so she bought them for the horses. We figured it was worth a try. (Thanks Juju for thinking of us.) 
Claire and Garrett had a fun time playing tag in the arena. 
They can get going really fast. At times I have to just turn away. 
Is it just me, or is this man missing his box of chocolates? That picnic table is the one that Mr. Doug Henry donated. It sure is nice assembled. 
The horses were loving Claire.
Claire had the horse treats. That stuff can turn the most stuck up horse into the sweetest, most friendly horse in the world. We all tried it today and decided they really aren't bad. Have you ever had Crackling Oat Bran cereal? I think they taste pretty similar. I told Max it would probably be a whole lot cheaper buying the cereal over the bags of this stuff.
Warning signs up! Max has wanted to get this done for a long time. We have to have them displayed in order to get insurance for the Youth Ranch. 
He has been working on this temporary tack room for the last couple days. It's really coming along. 
The kids were very entertained by Max's hammer. This kept them busy for quite some time. 
I know--doesn't look all that safe, but they were happy. 
I can only imagine what my mom's thinking as she looks at this next picture. He's my fourth--I cannot help it. Does anyone really watch their fourth child?
My mother only had three children. Who is she to judge my parenting of a fourth?

Looks like you guys had an awesome day! Can't wait to get out there...just let me believe in my closed off little mind that my kiddos will leave the 15 foot stacked hay and hammers and such alone! YEAH, RIGHT...THEY ARE BOYS!
Looks like you are having fun. Mark really laughed at ole Forest in the picnic table picture, Eric though had your back, Max. He said you were sitting at the far end of the bench to be sociable. Apparently, your wife was supposed to come sit with you, not make fun of you! LOL

isn't that how you're supposed to watch all of your children?? through the camera lens? i do nothing else! :) that's a great idea, r, i think max would be really good at that!!
