This is Claire standing on this stool so that she can groom her horse. Sweet stuff. She's such a big little girl.
I don't know why I like this picture of these beautiful bovine toes--I just do.

How strange would it be to go through life walking on those feet? I think it's the whole split thing--feet moving apart. Yuck! I'd much rather have horse feet. I guess eight nails would make for a pretty cheap pedicure.
This last picture is Grant and his grandfather, Pop. I know I'm weird--it just melts me seeing the difference between the two. This was also the first day Grant got to wear cowboy boots. I found an old pair that I'm sure all three of the other kids had worn at one time or another. He was so proud walking around showing them to anyone who would look.Yes, that's it. Sorry I wasted your time checking in. But happy Friday to you! :)

Hey, feet are great. I loved the picture of the two generations' boots. It was well worth checking in and I look forward to more photo essays such as this.
Well done!
Dan
What a great photographer! With great stories to tell . . .
I can't believe Grant is running around in cowboy boots. How did he get so big so quickly??
