Frank the Tank by a mile. Congratulations to Frankie and to his very aggressive owner. They were quite a powerful duo. With his charming looks and her illegal campaign fundraising, they had it in the bag. I don't think Chiquita's owners knew what they were up against. Frankie, don't get too comfortable up on your high horse.
