Dylan's First Ride
Jenifer, niece to sweet Keri who faithfully comments on the blog, brought her children out two weeks ago for a scheduled session. At that time, only the two older children got to ride. Dylan, the baby, was told he wasn't able to. Hard for a little guy who thinks he can do anything and everything his older siblings do! Fast forward another two weeks and Dylan was suddenly awarded the right to mount his steed.
Could Cowboy Max get him to ride?
Absolutely no problem at all!
Jenifer didn't expect for Dylan to allowed to ride, so she did not come equipped with her camera. I, knowing the physical need to document every first any of my children experience, was there in her moment of panic. I happily snapped away while Dylan had his big moment, oblivious to the fact my white balance had been accidentally moved from auto to fluorescent lighting! Imagine my horror when I got home and noticed a blueish, purple tinge to all my photos taken not only that day, but the whole weekend at our family cattle ranch during the big City Slicker (post for another day) event! AHHHH.
